NOTICE OF HEARING
Mount Joy Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Mount Joy Township Municipal Building, 902 Hoffman Home Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325. The following request for zoning relief will be heard:
Applicant/Owner: Joseph B. & Mary B. Smoker and Stephen B. Smoker & Susie S. Smoker

Applicants are requesting a variance from principal use regulations to allow a second principal use (farmstead) and second principal structure to be established on the property. The property is located in the AC zoning district.
All interested parties are urged to attend. The aforementioned applications and plans are available for inspection by the public at the Mount Joy Township Municipal Building during regular business hours.
