This hospital site overlapped the other hospital sites. It contained soldiers from Second, Fifth, and Sixth Corps. This hospital was well organized and center to the other hospitals.

Lewis Schaeffer, 68th Pennsylvania, a nurse, was put in charge of Ward 20 of the first division hospital. Schaeffer wrote in his diary that Doctor William Hayes worked at this hospital and Dr. james T. Calboun was the Medical director.
