Please complete the application form fully and to the best of your ability. Submit eight printed copies of the application, along with any plans, photographs, charts, and supporting documents and one electronic version of all components of your submission. Additionally, include a check for $500.00 to cover the application fee, made payable to Mount Joy Township.
Note that the application will not be considered complete until a site plan is submitted and the required fees have been received. Incomplete applications will not be accepted by the Township. Once the application is processed, the Zoning Officer will inform you of the date and time of your zoning hearing. The Zoning Officer will prepare a public notice, for advertisement, and notices will be posted in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
