Position: Zoning Hearing Board Member (1 position)
Description: The zoning hearing board is a quasi-judicial body that renders decisions regarding the fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance, including: by hearing appeals from the zoning officer’s determinations; and by granting relief from the literal enforcement of the zoning ordinance in certain hardship situations.
Term: Three (3) years
Meeting Schedule: As-Needed
Compensation: Small stipend provided for your efforts
Requirements: Registered voter in Mt Joy township
Training: Will be provided
