In order to allow thoughtful review of all submissions, the following deadlines must be followed:
Planning Commission
- The submission deadline for an initial plan is 30 calendar days prior to the next Planning Commission meeting.
- The deadline for a plan resubmission or revised plan is 15 business days prior to the next Planning Commission meeting. Except as noted below.
NOTE: However, if the plan revisions result in changes to the number of lots proposed, changes to roadway layout, an increase or decrease in building square footage of more than 10% , or substantial revisions to the stormwater management design, the deadline for resubmission shall be increased to 30 calendar days.
Board of Supervisors
- For an agenda item, it must be submitted to the Township Secretary at least 10 calendar days before the next meeting.
- Written public comment can be submitted to the Township Secretary by noon the day of a BOS meeting, to be acknowledged
