On October 23, 2026, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC), the draft Mount Joy Comprehensive Plan will begin the required 45-day public comment period. Upon completion of the 45-day period, the Board of Supervisors will consider adoption of the plan. Public comments received will help to finalize plan content and advance future investments on parks, roads, and economic development opportunities.
