NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Mount Joy Township, Adams County, Pennsylvania (“Township”), will hold a public hearing at its public meeting on March 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Township Building, located at 902 Hoffman Home Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325, to consider and act upon the Conditional Use Application of Wheels of Liberation, Inc., who maintains a registered office of 183 Rupert Rd., East Berlin, PA 17316 (“Applicant”). The Applicant intends to use property located in the Township at 1045 Barlow Two Taverns Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325, Parcel ID 30G16-0033—000 (“Parcel 1”) and Parcel ID 30G16-0033A—000 (“Parcel 2”) (collectively, “Property”) as Recreational Facilities, pursuant to Sections 110-301 and 110-402.HH of the Township’s Zoning Ordinance, and describes the use as a museum including a unique collection of Allied WW2 military tanks, self-propelled guns, tankettes, halftracks, armored cars, personnel carriers, field/anti-tank/anti-aircraft artillery, gun tractors, trucks, jeeps, staff cars, motorcycles, small arms, uniforms and related militaria with a special emphasis on the Polish Armed Forces 1935-45. Applicant also proposes to hold outdoor events and will agree as a condition of approval to submit undated plans for such future outdoor events addressing any revision to the site plan or activities. The Property is located in the Township’s Agricultural Conservation (“AC”) Zoning District
