NOTICE
The Zoning Hearing Board of Mount Joy Township, Adams County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mount Joy Township Municipal Building located at 902 Hoffman Home Road, Gettysburg, PA, 17325 regarding the property at 815 Orphanage Road, Littlestown, PA, owned by Hoffman Orphanage Farm which is located in the Agricultural Conservation District (AC). The applicant seeks a variance pursuant to Section 110-302(C)(2)(c) of the Township Zoning Ordinance in order to permit a fence to encroach into a side yard setback of the property.
